I’ve also played around with the group sharing function, and that really works nicely! Unfortunately most of the groups I jam with aren’t quite the tech-enthusiasts that I am, so I don’t usually get to take advantage of that set of features.EasyBand is an auto accompaniment Android application designed for musicians. It really helps to have all my chord sheets on my iPad rather than a binder full of loose sheets that I have to shuffle through and re-organize all the time! I’ve now started using it for my newly-acquired mandolin, and I love that I can set the instrument using ChordPro notation and the app gives me the correct chords! I started using the app for my guitar sheets for jam sessions. The only thing I might ask for to improve working with the app might be an expanded ChordPro insert menu, or at least a reference sheet of all the ChordPro tags that are supported. ![]() I have the MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Windows versions and am using a Dropbox folder to share all my chord sheets between devices. I love how easy it is to use on any of the versions. I’ve been using SongBook ChordPro for a few years now. I’m very happy to be a customer and look forward to continuing to use the software for my music for years to come. And Songbook Chordpro creates great printed leadsheets for those needing a paper copy of my song. Those who whine and complain about this being too hard are not really thinking about how Chordpro creates more accurate leadsheets to share with others. I got used to using the simple syntax of Chordpro to write out my songs and I don’t have to worry about my chords showing up over the wrong words like if I wrote them in Word. ![]() I no longer use Windows, but I could, and my songs would be available there. ![]() I appreciate a developer who takes the time and effort to make their app available everywhere. I’ll eventually get an Apple Watch and my songs will be available there. What other program can do that and do it so well. Because it uses the Songbook folder in Dropbox and is set to automatically update when I write something new or add a piece, my songs are the same whether I use it on iPhone, iPad, or my MacBook Pro. I have been using Songbook Chordpro for several years and I always seem to gravitate back to it as my first choice. I have used most of the chord chart apps available in the App Store. Great to have access to my songs on all my platforms Note that we also support Nextcloud sync if you have privacy concerns. You can link with Apple Music songs in SongBook iOS, but the links are device specific. Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to sync whole iCloud Drive folders in an app. Then to synch, they use google and box, who DEFINITELY don’t. This app respects your privacy, which is great. This would be my go to instead of OnSong if it fully supported the Apple ecosystem, but without that, it’s not for me. I put three hundred songs in this, and tried it for a month. Navigation gets slow on 2019 iMac with 300 songs Needs to directly support Apple Music without having to make a copy of each song as an mp3. Mac version has very clunky transport controls. Pretty good, but needs to support Apple ecosystem ![]()
